Any time I’ve had a question or issue with expenses sheet everyone is so fast to respond and really helpful. The same of the phones – whenever I’ve had to call there’s always a cheerful, friendly and helpful voice at the other end.

I wanted a simple, straightforward umbrella company who would pay me on time and take care of all administration, and had a reasonable fee. Simplify ticks all these boxes.
I’ve found that every time I’ve called whoever has answered has done so very quickly and has always been very helpful.
