The new portal will provide Simplify’s Contractors with the flexibility to go online and view their account. Contractors will be able to:
• View Payslips and download and save them.
• Submit expenses online, or via a Smart Phone, and view previous claims, including seeing how much expenses you have available to offset.
• Submit timesheets to us online (this option will only be active if your agency requires invoices to be submit, if they are self-billing the option will be de-activated)
• View the hours we have received from your agency for the next payment if they send hours to us directly.
• Check the status of previous timesheets to see if they are paid or awaiting payment.
• Tell us about new assignments.
• Update contact details.
The portal will provide contractors with access to this information 24 hours a day, and mean those working away from home always have access to their information right away. It will also make submitting expenses even easier as then can be submitted from a smart phone.
